It is the policy of Seminole Schools Federal Credit Union not to disclose, and we do not intend to disclose, nonpublic personal information about members or former members to affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties except as authorized under NCUA Part 716. We will release member information to service providers, such as our data processor or check printer, or other entities subject to member consent or state or federal law (such as, disclosures made to the Internal Revenue Service, credit union examiners, etc.). Further, we will release information to administer, service, or effectuate a member initiated transaction. |
