Seminole Schools Federal Credit Union was founded on February 7, 1936 by twenty-seven men and women, employees of Seminole County Public Schools, who shared the same belief that people can have a better and brighter future by helping each other. The principle of People Helping People is the cornerstone on which this credit union was built and on which it has continued to grow.
Not for Profit, Not for Charity, But for Service! By providing loans for provident purposes and encouraging thrift, this credit union exists for the financial well-being of its members. The actions and shared vision of our founding volunteers continue to provide us the opportunity to govern our own financial futures as owners-members. People Helping People.
