About Us/What's New

SPECIAL NOTICE - FOR PCU LOGIN ATTEMPTS:  On Wednesday, 4/7/10, our data-processor experienced an issue in our Internet Banking environment that caused bad cookies to be issued from MFA (multi-factor authentication; security system).  This did not affect all members and was limited to login attempts that took place between 9:30 am and 11:00 am.

The recommended resolution for this issue is to Delete Cookies from the browser.  Also, Internet Explorer 8 has a default feature that does not delete cookies for a user's Favorites.  This means that you would either need to turn that feature off or make sure that Internet Banking is not one of the Favorites prior to deleting cookies.  If needed, we can email or fax you instructions for deleting the browser cookies.

Important!  While deleting the browser cookies may fix the problem, it also removes your saved setting for sites you have previously visited.  You may need to reset your computer settings for Multi-Factor Authentication in order to access PCU without answering Challenge questions.  If needed, we can email or fax you the instructions for setting up MFA.

Please accept our apology for the inconvenience.  Our data-processor has a team working on this issue and will have it resolved as quickly as possible.

SPECIAL NOTICE - for Scholarship Fund:  A special Scholarship Fund for Susiann Reynolds-Alkapelwa, the daughter of Christy Gail Reynolds, is open at Seminole Schools FCU.  Christy Gail was a beloved teacher at Crooms, friend of many in our community and will be missed by all.  This fund is for the direct benefit of Susiann.

Anyone that would like to make donations for Susiann's financial needs may make contributions at any office of SSFCU.  Please let us know if we may assist you - we'll be glad to help.  Thank you.

Brenda J. Miller, President/CEO
